December New Launches Match Those of November: 78 New Titles Arrive at the Newsstands

In a repeat of the month of November, December ushered the launch of 78 titles that arrived on the magazine marketplace for the first time. Of the 78 titles there were 23 published with a regular frequency and the rest were either annuals, specials or book-a-zines.

November Has Been a Busy Month for New Titles… 78 New Magazines Arrive on the Newsstands…

New magazines continue to appear on the marketplace at a record number this final quarter of the year. In November the Mr. Magazine™ Launch Monitor was able to locate (and purchase) a total of 78 titles arriving on the nation’s stands. One magazine offered a two in one (UFC Fit and UFC 360) but was counted as one of the 21 titles published with an intended frequency. 57 other titles were published as a special, annual or a book-a-zine.
